(2005) C.E.L.: C.E.L. is predicated on three principles: 1. Preserving the Culture 2. Embarking on a new Experience and, 3. Speaking a new kinesthetic Language (Carey 2016). This educational philosophy emphasizes community engagement, cultural relativism, and diversity, endowing a cultural experience with an interdisciplinary focus.
